Alex took a drink of his Dr. Pepper. He loved history, which was the main reason he was here. He read caption after caption and was loving every moment of this because he was litterally lost in the museum. He was now looking at the head form Easter Island. "That head is crazy. Why make a giant head that large? Ancinent Civilations...."He said sighing shaking his head.

Blake was walking down the street randomly, happy to finally have gotten a day out, away from school and away from her 'studies'. To everyone else, she would have looked as if she were window-shopping, but she was really looking into the stores to see if she could find anyone she knew walking around just as randomly as her. She was bored and lonely. Suddenly, as she passed the biggest building that was on the street, she noticed Alex inside, looking intently at something on the wall. She looked up to see what the place was, and it ended up being The Natural Museum of History. She was about to skip over it, as she was walking around to get out of school and just talk to Alex after, but when she looked back quickly, she saw his lips moving, but he was alone. Laughing, she crossed the sidewalk and went into the museum. There was no admission, so she walked straight towards where Alex was standing.
She went over and said, "hey Alex! Who exactly are you talking to?" she laughed once again, and waited for a reaction.

"Oh Blake you silly person." He said laughing at her. He took a drink of the Dr.Pepper and looked at her. "I was talking to myself. And laughing at ancient civialazations." He said shaking his head at her. "Hey I'm gonna be over...."He said and walked off without Blake. He walked over to the miniature figures. "Ha! Romans."

Blake was confused. "Why am I silly? I'm not the one laughing at ancient civilizations!" she asked, following him over to another history related figure. "Why would you do that?" She figured that this was the one place that he didn't want her to be, but she didn't mind. She wanted to be here, surprisingly. Not because of the museum and all the history it offered, but because she had at least she had found a friend to hang out with. "You know, all that caffiene is going to get to your head one day," she said for no reason.

"It already has Blake. Already has." He said laughing. He took off down a hallway slowly looking at the different sculptures and such. He stoped at a sculpture of a man on a horse. "Blake tell me who this is and where this happened." He said getting ready to laugh at Blake's answer.

"I can tell it already has, now that you mention it!" Blake replied, laughing. She followed him as he took off down a hallway. Obviously he was alright with it, as he asked her about a horse sculpture. "You know, I totally know this! It's the Trojan Horse!" she replied. She knew that the Trojan Horse was obviously a horse, and that was clearly a horse, she had made that connection. "And it happened...in the 1300's!" she said, almost sure of her answer. She vaguely remembered some piece of information one of her teachers had attempted to feed her about the number 13 and a horse.

Alex laughed. "Blake the Trojan Horse was to large to be ridden." He said laughing. "And yes it happened in the thirteen hundreds." He said holding in a laugh. "It's....." Alex racked his mind trying to remberer if it was Theodore or Franklin Roosevelt that had fought in the Spanish American War. "AHA! That's it! It was Theodore that was in the Spanish American War and it was FDR that had had polio." He said proudly. "Ya that's Theodore." He said nodding at the sculpture.

Blake was not actually that surprised that she had gotten it wrong, considering the fact that she had never paid attention in History class. He started to explain it, and she already felt that usual pull of her attention. She kept her focus, though, considering that she was sure that her answer was at least half right. "How does this stuff interest you?" she asked, seriously wondering. "The only thing interesting about it is the artwork!" She looked at the sculpture, which was curved with the horse's every hair and every line on the man's clothing.

"It's not the artwork that intrigues me Blake. It's just history it's self." He said and looked around the museum a bit more. "Besides learning about history helps the economy's try to not repeat them in future times." He said shrugging and expecting someone might come along and bend that theory. "Shall we move along?" He asked Blake.

"Sure, go ahead, I'm following you!" Blake told him, allowing him to lead the way. "Are you thinking of becoming a politician when you're older?" she asked curiously. His remarks about history repeating itself made her have a sudden vision of Alex as the president. Then it turned into Alex sitting in a giant robot watching as other, smaller robots, walked around with people inside of them, as if robots were the new car. "I would vote for you!" she said, liking her idea of his robot cars. It sort of reminded her of Transformers, which was a great movie in her opinion.

"I'm thinking about it but I mean I dont really want to think of my future right now." He said a small sigh leaving his mouth. He continued on, actually thinking, about his future of one he could he have in Politics. Alex stopped outside another exibit but this one was inside a glass box in the wall. "Hmmm......Atila the Hun. Vicious murder he was. His funeral he had everyone jab his body with a knife. It was either that or everyone there jabbed themselves." He said trying to remberer.

Blake suddenly found out that Alex was the only person that she would actually pay attention to while attempting to teach her things about history. She could lie, she was actually interested while he told her the gruesome story about Atila the Hun. "Unless my future involves music or something, I don't care," she said, bringing it up again. "But whatever. This guy sounds gruesome...but I bet if they made a movie about him it would be freaking awesome - blood, guts and violence!" she said, changing the subject away from careers, a burden among most children and teenagers.
