~A low whistle sounded along with the sound of waves softly climbing up the shores before retreating back into the depths of the lake. A tall lanky figure could be seen, standing about knee deep in the water, dark jeans rolled up and a pair of Red Converse sneakers in hand. The clothing was draped over his thin frame, creating the effect of someone extremely underfed and in need of some fitting clothes, but his weight was well and he even had some hidden muscle. Something about the figure read ‘leave me alone for I’m trying to figure out the meaning of life’ while the tone of his whistle would lead some to believe he was a welcoming being who would gladly launch into a conversation on the most random of topics.~
~A yawn was muffled by a hand before the whistling continued in an escalade of hyper tones and beats. A occasional splash interrupted the tune as the drake slowly made his way back onto dry ground. Thoughts were clouded on all the possible ways on beating the second mini-boss on a current video game he was desperately trying to beat. Oblivious to his surroundings as he began to unroll his pant legs and walk at the same time, he stubbed his toe on a hidden rock then began to cuss under his breath as he plopped on the ground to survey the damage. “Just my luck” he mumbled wiping the blood with his sock and pulling on his shoes.~

As the wind blew through her hair she walked forward into the depth of the lakes surroundings. It was a cool windy day were she was able to walk around, sun glasses on, shorts and a tank top and just get the chills when the wind blew heavily. She sighed as she looked up into the blue sky. She had just arrived at the school and she could never really find anything to do. She didn't want to do homework, as she didn't get why anyone would want to do homework.
She had no friends or anything nearby. Why did she have to come here? When she heard a voice speak nearby she thought is was just the whistle of the wind as she saw nobody. She shrugged as she walked slowly forward thinking about the things in life that were coming her way. Both the good and the bad. Walking, at more of a snails pace, she looked down at her feet twirling her hair in her fingers bordley. She was thinking too much about the things that could happen in life. Was it possible to think to much about things? She only wondered.

Freddy didn't know anyone yet as he had only been here for a couple of days. he hadn't even talked to anyone becuase he is a shy pearson. He was wearing his favourite which he alwas had on expect when they were getting washed and he was wearing his blue cap which he loved, also he was wearing a plain shirt. He decided to take a walk, so he knew were everything was. He had reached the lake it was really clear he thought about going for a swim but it was not hot enough. He thought to himself.
While he was walking he nocited that a couple of people were also out here at the lake, she saw a girl nearby, he would of loved to go and talk to her if he had the guts, so instead hr took a seat by a nearby picinic table and took a seat facing the lake, sohe could stare at it as the shone on it brightly.

Once both shoes were securely fashioned onto his feet, Mark stood and began setting about the task of dusting the damp sand from his jeans. It proved to be rather difficult and after what seemed like only, about five seconds he abandoned the task and started back higher ground when he spotted a feminine figure just a few yards off. His thoughts were torn in two directions; continue on his lazy way back to his beloved video games or be the social butterfly his mother loved and go and introduce himself. While his brain went over the possibilities of either option his feet began to carry the rest of him toward her.
Once he was a good couple of feet from her, Mark stopped and cleared his throat with a pathetic cough and started to speak slowly, masking his English accent. “umm, ‘ello there.” he started off, failing terribly at masking his heritage.

Ginevra looked up with a smile, someone was talking to her. "Hello," she replied her scottish accent very noticable. "I'm Ginevra, who are you?" she asked curious. The wind was still blowing back her long black hair as she took it in one hand and slung it over her one shoulder so it wouldn't go absolutly crazy. As she waited for the reply she just thought of things that he might be like.
She hadn't met many people at the school, so far. About three or four of them and she had walked away from them as she didn't like there personality. Things like that didn't happen to often, but it wasn't unheard of. Ginevra wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She lifted her sunglasses up from her face so she could see the boys face more. He wasn't ugly, that was one thing she was for sure about. She smiled, wider. As she slowly placed them to rest on her head she was sure she would look weird with her hair on her shoulder and then glasses on her head. She didn't care though, she didn't obsess over apperance.

A soft grin was plastered on his face as she answered his hello with one in return along with her calling. What an interesting name he thought, widening the lopsided smile. “Tis a pleasure to meet you Ginevra. Most call me Mark, but I respond to just about anything” he said bowing slightly in a playful manner. Straightening he let his gaze briefly wander over her features. She wasn’t plain like most of the girls he had met so far at the school, she held this individual and independent air about her that made him think about liking her all the more, as friend that is.
A breeze played at his hair, blowing it into his eyes again. He sighed softly brushing back out of his eyes and attempted to brush it out of his face only to have it blown back again. Admitting defeat he huffed another sigh and gave up, letting his locks annoyingly fly into his field of vision. “So obvious question, Are you new to the school?”

Ginevra laughed a little "Yes, I am new to this school." she replied to the obvious question. She was grinning from watching him attempt to get his hair out of the way when it blew into her face but was some-what unsuccessful. Her hair was now out of her face but only because it was long enough to be slung over her shoulder and held in place. "You a junior?" she asked, curious.
By looking at him she could tell he was obviously not a freshman as he looked to old but yet at the same time she could tell he wasn't a senior because he didn't look that old. She was looking up at him with a smile on her face and curiousity burning in her eyes. She didn't mind people asking her questions and hoped he was the same. It would be some-what embarrasing if he decided he didn't like being asked questions when she asked more then one. She tended to do that at times without even knowing she did.

Mark nodded to her reply on the ‘are you new’ question. It gave him some comfort to not be the only new kid in town. A soft smile was still in position on his lips from the enjoyment of the situation. “Nay, Sophomore.” He replied to her questioning. The curious look she was giving him, made him feel like some sort of supernatural objest that a wizard just found and was tinkering with, and he liked it. The questions came varied ad would annoy most but to him it was nothing worth making someone dislike you.
“and what are you, junior? Sophomore?”

Ginevra listened as he replied and the had her answer ready quickly as she knew what year she was in easily. "I'm a Sophomore, like you." she imformed him with a sweet smile. By the look on his face he was enjoying her company and she liked even, to just think that. She only had about two friends so far, she wasn't one to just make friends with everyone because she wanted friends. She made friends with the people she wanted to, or people that were 'cool' in her opinion and wanted to be friends with her. Mark definitly seemed to be under her list of people she would mind to have as a friend.

"That's good to know, I was beginning to think I was alone" Mark teased with a wider grin. The tone of his voice clearly displayed his enjoyment of the situation and his new found friend, or so he liked to think.
Something about this new face was addicting in the best friends forever sort of magnitude. Was it her willingness to talk to a random stranger of just the vibes coming from her voice. The grin was still in place as he shoved his hands deep into his pockets, playfully glaring at his hair that whipped against his face in a carnivorous fashion. He sighed angrily before grabbing his bangs, twisting them in a knot and tucking it between lock, creating some sort of up do.

Ginevra watched as Mark fidgeted. It was quite funny as he didn't notice his bangs just needed to be tucked behind his ears. It would look weird, well on some, but it helped. She hesitently took her hand and tucked it behind his ear before she moved her hands back hanging down by her sides. She liked seeing the grin on his face it was welcoming and she couldn't help but smile back. "Sorry about that." she told him meaning the tucking his hair behind his ear thing.

Cheeks flushed bright red as Ginevra tucked his hair behind his ear, it wasn’t like ‘oh my god she just touched me’ more along the lines of ‘why didn’t I think of that.’ He softened his grin to that of a forgiving smile, “hey no problem, I appreciate it.” he said gesturing at his hair, “I would of never thought of it and would still be standing here wrestling with it.”
The soft smile was replaced with the ever so present grin, as he shyly stuffed his hands back into his pockets and taking a glance out to the lake. The breeze had stopped momentarily, but the waves on the water continued to lap at the shore line creating the perfect scene of serenity.

She nodded as Mark said it was fine that she moved his hair for him. She exhaled; some people would have thrown a fit. As she looked up at him again, she saw he was blushing and then glancing in the direction of the lake. The lake was one of her favorite spots so she had an idea. "Hey, you wanna go over to the water?" she asked, curiously. If he didn't she would either stay here and talk with him or just go over to it by herself. As she waited for the reply she stood there fixing her hood in place as her sweater was rapped gently around her waste, out of the way as it was hot weather. As she thought about it, she didn't even know why she had brung one.

Nodding gaily, Mark grinned a little wider than the all ready sunbeam of a smile on his face at her question on going back to teh water's edge. He turned on the heel of his converse clad foot before holding out an elbow for Ginevra (in the fashion and manner of an old english movie where the gentleman offers an elbow to the rich lady and escorts her to the door), if she wanted to that is.

Ginevra smiled when Mark started to be old fashion. She hooked her arm around his and laughed a little. She liked when guys were different, and it seemed Mark fell into that catagory. The all the better in her prespective. As she started to walk forward with him her hair blew off her shoulder. She sighed and didn't touch it; she'd get it once they had stopped.
